New Advanced International Travel Class (Posted October 5, 2012)
This class covers advanced issues for the IRIS Travel system dealing with international travel. Topics to be covered include handling reimbursements for airfare, VISAs, medical requirements, and other exceptions to policy. The class also provides instruction on currency conversion and student foreign travel. Extensive discussion on travel policy will also be included.
This class builds upon the instruction from the basic Travel class; therefore, previous attendance in the IRIS Travel class is REQUIRED. Prerequisites for this class are: IRIS Overview, Travel. Additonally, the Basic Financial Concepts course is recommended
