MASTER AGREEMENTS
The Contracts Administration department has recently finalized master agreements with BD Biosciences and National Instruments which will cover the purchase of goods from both vendors and the purchase of maintenance services from BD Biosciences.
This means that future purchases with these vendors will be governed by the terms and conditions in the master agreement, thereby eliminating negotiations and making the contract process much more efficient.
The Contracts Administration department hopes to be able to implement several other master agreements in the near future.
